October 1 at 8 am a group of volunteers are meeting at the church to haul away branches left over from the ice storm piled up at the church and around two of the houses owned by Morning Star.
We will have two excavators, a tractor with a brush hog, three dump trailers, chain saws, and people to operate them. This is a good opportunity for young and old to work side by side and see immediate results for their efforts. There is a fair amount of good firewood to be had if anyone wants to bring a truck and haul it away.
We are scheduled to start at 8 am and we will be finished when we are finished. Anyone who wants to help can let us know here and we will try to get this huge project done in one day.
Lots of room for people of all skill levels to help so bring your boots and gloves and a thermos and we are going to make beauty from ashes!
