ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
I LOVE living a life that supports others and leads people to Jesus – that’s why I have loved the work I do here at Morning Star as an Administrative Assistant since 2015! I am currently the admin for Jen Tompkins, Louie Schmitz, and Jared Boltman. I’ve worked with and for many different staff and departments of the church over the years and love the variety in my work.
Morning Star is the church my husband grew up in, where we met and fell in love, and where many of our friends and family attend. I am involved in most Women’s Ministry events, Mama Tribe, Bible studies, and more.
In December 2018, my husband James and I started the adventure of being parents! We are blessed with two sons and a daughter. We couldn’t be more grateful that the Lord purposed us to be parents to these amazing kids! We also have a German Shepherd, Rey, who was our first “baby”.
In my personal time I like to snuggle and play with my kids, enjoy our backyard, read, watch a show, have weekly movie nights with our friends, and go on dates with my husband – he’s the best! I also like to create a variety of things: embroidery, watercolor, drawing, crafts with my kids, designing publications, making my home pretty, and tending to my plants both indoors and outdoors.
