Here are some important happenings this month for our Local and Global partners. These are all things you and your family, friends or Life Group can take part in together.
Salem Free Clinics is hosting a fundraiser Thursday, April 18 with Comedian Michael Jr. Exceptionally gifted at combining story with thought-provoking life principles, Michael Jr. exhibits what it means to be a comedic thought leader. Using comedy and dynamic storytelling, he brings laughter and encouragement to audiences all over the world as he inspires audiences to discover and activate their purpose. Reid Saunders Association is hosting their annual Spring Benefit on Tuesday, April 23. This event is a special evening each year. But it’s more than an event, it’s a gathering that allows us to reach the unreached for Jesus. This year, our theme is “Made Known.” It is our commitment to make Jesus known and share the Good News of his love to the ends of the earth. We celebrate and give thanks to God for what he helped us accomplish last year and look forward to all that is in store through this year’s benefit.
Because of your involvement at the 2023 benefit:
- 400 people joined together to reach the unreached with the Good News
- Eight corporate sponsors covered the costs of the event, ensuring that 100% of the donations raised went directly toward our mission of sharing the Gospel
- $132,000 were raised in one night to proclaim the Gospel
- 34 people committed to joining our new monthly donor program, Cornerstone.

Mike Silva International’s “Reckless Love” project is happening April 26-29 in Costa Rica. This project aims to provide participants with a fresh and practical vision of how to renew their ability to bring the message of Christ’s unconditional love to the lives around them. Through a workshop-conference, which will conclude with an evangelistic event, Mike Silva International seeks to transmit the wisdom accumulated over the years by our experienced teams.
